i'm an idiot.
felt okay today, so tried to do lots of little household things. nothing too serious, just your general neatening up. and now i’m having back spasms and my legs are cramping up and i just generally feel awful.  why don’t i know how to take it easy?

four dirty ketel one martinis later..
i feel like life is shining the way it should again.  those dozen oysters, escargot en croute, moules provençale, tenderloin (medium rare) with truffles and fingerling potatoes in duck fat, and that butterscotch bread pudding probably helped too. not to mention the phenomenal company and conversation.
