SO excited that Olivia won Miss Universe last night!!

olivia is such a kind, funny, amazing person and i can’t think of anyone who deserved to win more. congrats darling!!

there are baby grapes growing in our garden.

doesn’t that sound beautiful? i never thought i’d be so helplessly thrilled by something so mundane. but i guess it’s a good thing to remember, that it’s taking pleasure in the little things, the mundane, inconsequential things, that really makes life worthwhile.

i’m thinking of building a mini-arbor that resembles this one. i want to nurture these baby grapes into big juicy, burst on top of your tongue grapes.

i could bask in nature forever if they’d let me.
