papayas are high in vitamins A, E, & C, as well as being a great source of calcium, fiber and iron. they have no cholesterol nor  			saturated fat and also contain minerals like: niacin, foliate, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, lipids  			and amino acids.

90 minutes of sweaty, strenuous, hellish Bikram yoga this morning.

then greek yogurt with pineapple chunks and a vita coco for breakfast.

it might not be olympic training but it’s a good start towards being a better, healthier me.
