this is my rainy day (but-now-it’s-sunny-cuz-boston-weather-is-completely-bi-polar) outfit. and yes, i changed out of this torn up UNIF number into a velvet tee for the UNICEF luncheon, i’m not a complete barbarian.

the background is kind of cool cuz it’s the wall of one of the conference rooms at the karmaloop headquarters. shephard fairey did this huge graphic special for our KarmaloopTV panel last year at the cable conference in LA. we had it shipped back to grace our office. just a little backstory for ya!

i haven’t done an outfit post in a hot minute, and this certainly isn’t my best (actually i hate it and think i look like a damn fool so probably will delete momentarily) but i thought i would make an attempt at being a consistent blogger today.

taking in the beauty of beverly hills.

california really holds a special place in my heart. all the plants and palms and cacti and interesting animals. it’s like being in a foreign country that has similar culture, while simultaneously being completely different. not to mention all my good friends and family out on the best coast. i think i’m a cali girl at heart. but the water and the sun and even the stars look different in california.
