just got dropped off at home in Boston and this little baby was so happy to see me
after finding a toy to put in her mouth while she wiggled in circles around me she went back to my mum’s room to go to bed, but five minutes ago while I’m reading my book, I look up and she’s standing in the dark doorway of my room looking at me (kinda creepy mika…). she then comes over and asks to be helped into the bed (puts her first two paws on the bed and then helplessly looks at me til I lift the back two on up… even though she jumps on the bed without help every day when she’s left at home. the proof is the warm dent and dog hair in the middle of the bed when we walk in to check on her and she’s innocently lying on her dog bed or by the door waiting for us)
Mika’s favorite spot to sleep is tucked in the fork of my legs with her chin on my thigh, under the covers.
there’s no better welcome home than this. (Had to pull the covers up to take this photo of her weird little self)
